Javrin Stationery provides customized notebooks, folders and other stationery OEM & ODM services. By browsing our website, sending inquiries or placing orders, you fully agree to all terms below.
Terms of Service
1. All quotations are valid for 20 days. An official order takes effect only after both parties confirm the Proforma Invoice and the buyer pays the deposit.
2. Bulk goods are produced according to the sample confirmed by the buyer. Minor manufacturing deviations within industry standards are acceptable and not treated as defective products.
3. Users are forbidden to send illegal, infringing information via our contact form. We reserve the right to block visitors who attack or crawl our website maliciously.
4. We take responsibility for quality problems caused by our production. We are not liable for losses caused by the buyer’s wrong design, incorrect shipping address, customs issues, or force majeure (natural disasters, port strikes, logistics suspension).
5. All cooperation is governed by the Commercial Laws of China. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first; if negotiation fails, litigation will be filed at the seller’s local court.
Privacy Policy
1. Information Collection: We collect your name, company, email, WhatsApp number, address and order details when you send inquiries or place orders. We never collect sensitive personal data without your permission.
2. Use of Information: Your information is only used for quotation, order production, shipping, after-sales service and notification. We will never sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing.
3. Data Protection: We use standard encryption to protect your data from unauthorized access. Internal staff can only view your information for work purposes under confidentiality rules.
4. Your Rights: You can email ariel@javrinstationery.com to request viewing, modifying or deleting your stored personal data, and we will handle your request within 7 working days.
Return & Refund Policy
1. Sample Orders: Custom samples cannot be returned due to personal preference (color, texture). We offer free remaking or full refund only if obvious factory defects exist.
2. Bulk Orders:
– Before production starts: You may cancel the order; we will refund the deposit after deducting administrative and material reservation costs.
– During mass production: Refund amount will be calculated based on raw material loss and processing progress.
– After shipment: Customized stationery cannot be returned. We provide free reproduction for confirmed factory defects; shipping cost for re-delivery is borne by us for our quality fault, and borne by the buyer for buyer-side errors.
3. Non-refundable Cases: We reject refund requests caused by the buyer’s delayed customs clearance, local import restrictions, or wrong delivery address.
4. Refund Cycle: Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment channel within 7–14 working days, subject to bank processing speed.
Cookie Policy
1. What are Cookies: Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit our site, used to record browsing preferences, optimize website functions and count anonymous visitor data.
2. Cookie Types: We use necessary cookies for basic website display, and anonymous analytics cookies to improve our website experience. No identifiable personal information will be recorded via analytics cookies.
3. Cookie Control: You can disable or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may cause partial website functions to fail.
4. Third-party Cookies: We use Google Analytics for traffic statistics, which may place independent third-party cookies. You may check Google’s official privacy rules for details.
Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Period: We provide a 90-day factory quality warranty starting from the date goods leave our warehouse. The warranty covers manufacturing defects including printing errors, binding damage, and abnormal paper texture caused by our production mistakes.
2. Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper storage, humid climate, rough transportation, unauthorized product modification, or daily wear and tear. Appearance differences fully confirmed by the buyer before mass production are not covered by the warranty.
3. Warranty Solutions: For confirmed defective goods, we will provide free reproduction or partial price compensation according to the defective ratio. We do not cover overseas return shipping costs for orders with a low defective rate.
4. Claim Process: You need to provide clear photos or videos of defective products within 10 days after cargo arrival. Our team will review and reply to your claim within 3 working days.
Order Cancellation Policy
1. Pre-production Cancellation: If you cancel the order before we purchase raw materials, we will refund 90% of your deposit, and 10% will be deducted as administrative costs. If raw materials have already been purchased, the full material cost will be deducted from your refund.
2. In-production Cancellation: If you cancel during mass production, we will deduct all costs of processed raw materials, semi-finished products and labor from your deposit, and only refund the remaining balance.
3. Post-production Cancellation: If goods are fully finished before cancellation, no deposit will be refunded, as all customized products cannot be resold to other customers.
Disclaimer
1. We strive to ensure all product pictures, sizes, colors, parameters and quotation information on the website are accurate, but minor visual differences caused by display screen color difference, shooting light and manual measurement errors are normal and not regarded as false description.
2. We are not liable for any indirect loss, profit loss or business interruption loss caused by website access failure, delayed.
