1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory located in Zhejiang, Wenzhou. This company is our newly established foreign trade division.
2. What is your MOQ?
Our normal MOQ is 1 piece/ model, based on the material stock situation. If for special material, it will depend on the material. We suggest 500 pcs to get a competitive price
3. Is the sample free or not?
If you have a freight collect Number, such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx, we can give you a free sample of the existing model. New OEM item will be charged according to your design, but will be refundable once you place an order of more than 500pcs finally.
4. How can you put our logo on the notebooks?
Normally, we have five types of logo :1. hot stamping 2. silk printing 3. embossed 4. UV printing 5. woven
label, if you have any other types of logos, it’s still ok, we can help to customise it.
5. Could you design the notebooks for me?
Yes, we have a professional design team, and we can offer the mock-up for your approval if you could share with us your logos.
6. Have you shipped directly to Amazon FBA before?
Yes, we have more than 35% buyers from Amazon. Almost all of their goods are directly shipped to Amazon FBA from our factory.
7. Delivery time
Normally, our delivery time for a sample order is 3-7 days. For bulk orders, the delivery time is 15-30 days. (Our factory production capacity is up to 100,000pcs per month )
8. What are the payment ways
T/T, PayPal, MoneyGrams, Western Union Etc.
9. How can you ship the notebooks?
You can choose express /air freight/sea freight. If you don’t have your own forwarder, we can quote you the best price and get the biggest discount from our own freight forwarders.
